Kerstin Brunnberg

I am a journalist with experience from newspapers, radio and TV. I have dedicated many years working with the public Swedish Radio (Sveriges Radio) in different positions, including Editorial Manager for Ekot (daily news) , Head of Information and finally up to early 2009, as Managing Director. Since 2009, I am the chairwoman of The Swedish Art Council (Sveriges kulturråd) and during the period 2009/10 a visiting professor in practical journalism at The Department of Journalism, Media and Communication – University of Gothenburg.

Åke Nygren

I am a professor in personal injury prevention with a basic education as authorized dentist and doctor. In 1984, I made a dissertation on analysis of the car´s inside safety. The goal of my research has been to describe the course of events in deceases and accidents to find methods of prevention. Some of my research results have been used as a basis for passing the law for usage of seatbelts in the backseat and usage of motorbike protective suits. I have also worked with developing programs for prevention and treatment of back injuries, cardiovascular disease, asthma and minor mental health illness. In the last ten years I have focused on studying improvement of mental health, partly from a workplace aspect and partly from a biochemical aspect. The goal has been to develop methods to diagnose, prevent and treat burnout.

Ingrid Persson

I have 36 years of experience from the financial sector within both Nordea and Swedbank. The financial market during the last 36 years, major change implementation, mergers and acquisitions of both Swedish and foreign publicly traded companies, have given me a well-build experience. I have been a member of the Swedbank management for 12 years. My responsibilities in banking have been District Manager for Nordea, Managing Director for Nordea Hypotek, Human Resources Director for Swedbank and Manager for retail banking with 12000 employees. I have also been Director and Chairwoman in a number of subsidiaries and organizations related to banking. Leadership, a strong drive and results orientation have always been important focus areas of mine.

Sten Söderman

I am a visiting professor at the University of Luxemburg and professor of International Business at the Stockholm University School of Business. I have a MA in Political Science and a PhD in Business Administration from Stockholm University. I was previously professor at the Luleå University of Technology. During ten years I worked as a business consultant specialized on start-up operations (in Manila, in Geneva and in Brussels).

My research has focused on market strategy development and implementation currently emphasizing on international expansion of European firms in Asia and also the global entertainment economy. I am the author and editor of 17 books. My most recent one is “Mega-sporting events in Asia – impacts on society, business and management” (Asian Business & Management 2008). In Swedish I have published “Handbook for exporters” and “Business development, with examples from H&M, IKEA, ABB and Volvo”. I am a member of the editorial boards of International Journal of Business Innovation and Research, International Journal of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship and Asian Business and Management.

Anders Wänman

I have more than 35 years knowledge and experience from research and development in software, hardware, processes, tools, programming and specification languages. As project manager, I have been responsible for small to major significant projects and everything between 8 to 10000 people.

I have been a member of Ericsson´s management team and have participated in three of Ericsson´s major success AXE, mobile systems and global services. My main characteristics are open minded, transparent, supportive and with ability to get high performance from others. I have a good balance between entrepreneurship and operational efficiency. I´m results oriented with staying power and a good listener.
